SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES

SEPTEMBER 28, 2008

Present: 11 households represented, plus 3 proxies

Call to order 4:05pm

Discuss West Lakeview Road condition

§ Discussion regarding the erosion damage to W Lakeview (near Hilltop), and maintenance options to improve its condition.

§ Professional consultants and excavators have been consulted.

§ Because of the lack of necessary funds, the board feels we can attempt to repair the road with internal resources.

§ Dick estimates $750 to $1000 needed to:

§ Buy a load of stone (3-4”)

§ Excavate a retaining pool to divert some of the runoff into

§ Pool locations: one at the corner of W Lakeview and Lakeside Dr (near Dugan’s property); the other at the junction of W Lakeview and Hilltop.

§ The pools and trenches will need future maintenance.

§ Suggestion was made to drill holes in the bottom of the pools to increase drainage.

§ MSC to allow the Board to spend a maximum of $1000.00 on the necessary road improvements (unanimous).
